I tried to post a pic, will not populate, I bought a F150 XLT off the lot in April 2009. My trade in was having serious EGR problems. I Love my F-150 XLT. By the way I am getting 16.7 mi. City...

After years of driving my 97 XLT F150 and watching it slowly fall apart, I went to the lot and looked at XLs. I got a huge deal on the XL ($7500 off)

I sorta, kinda wish I went with the XLT but I'm still satisfied!

I just bought the XL Supercrew. It had what I wanted and the price was right. Didn't want to spend to much more for a few things I can add myself for cheaper.

Drove my 2001 XLT Supercrew for 105,000 miles. Was looking at a new 2009 Lariat and bought a King Ranch Supercrew. Love it!

I have an XLT super cab that's about 3 weeks old. I wanted the Super Crew but found that a.) far and away the best rebates were on the XLT, and b.) the dealer had a huge selection of XLTs, but only in the super cab. All of the Lariats and most of the FX4s had the crew cab. I wonder if this is a regional thing or something. Also, zero King Ranch or Platinums in inventory (not that I could have afforded either one anyhow). All things considered, I'm very happy with the XLT super cab. Great looking truck.
