Who owns a stone green F150?

Do you like that color?

 

One of the guys on here has one, Monkey I believe. From the pics he's shown, it looks like a very nice color.

I think the only 2 colors that won't sell too well are amber gold and bright red. The amber gold will be good for fleet/town trucks I suppose. Maybe that's why Ford is offering such an odd color, to save from having to do special paint jobs for all those yellow town trucks since they have been really cutting down on unprofitable fleet sales. And the bright red, well, who would order that over the dual-coat razor red? No one, that's who.

 

It's very close to my 05 Dark Stone I had. I like it.

 

Stone Green would have been my choice if offered on the Platinum. If I were in the market for a Lariat, Stone Green (solid, no two tone) with black interior. Wow!

 

Yeah I like my stone green... different light loks different colours.. green and metallic brown .. Everyone whos seen the truck has liked the colour

 

That's the way I noticed it as well. The first time I saw the colour was at dusk and when I saw it during the day, it was almost a different truck.

 

Awesome color, but look at it closely in the sunlight before you buy if you can, the metal flake is amazing in the sun or under shopping center lights at night, love mine :-)

Very nice. You have the same Ford molded splash guards as my 2004. I've really liked them on mine, works well to keep mud/dirt/stones from kicking up fromn the wheels onto the paint and running boards. I wonder if they will be the same ones they use for the 2009's? Haven't seen any with dealer-installed splash guards yet.
