to answer the question for him, yes. PTM handles and mirror caps now come standard on the new Lariats.

Black sure does look nice when it's brand new.

And what's up with the mud flap comments? I think it's rather unthoughtful for anybody who buys a pickup truck (or other large vehicle) to NOT get some mud flaps. Now, personally I'd get flaps without any writing on them, but I'd still rather see some with writing than none at all on any F-150 on public roads.

I'm sure FMC offers hard plastic mud flaps like they did in '04. Hardly noticable but I'm sure everyone behind me appreciates them. Had them on all 3 F-150's I've owned, big pet peeve of mine when I see a large vehicle without them. Very thoughtless to other drivers.

Oh, glad you mentioned the flat load floor. I mentioned before that was probably the biggest plus I saw in the '09's when checking them out.

Welcome to the board Gotmy09 and Lee in ottawa. I picked mine up tonight and will be taking some pics tomorrow when it get light. Love it so far.

And man what a sharp truck in black. As much as i like the black though there is no way i would buy one in black. Be to afraid that it would get all scratched up and show but it is a beautiful truck.

 

The dealer put on those flaps by default. I want to get some textless flaps soon. Also, I have been averaging around 14.8 mpg in Austin traffic.
