I'm lovin it. With these pics you can actually see the SuperChief influence in it.
With the other photos of the truck on a platform at some auto show, it's difficult to get the proper erspective of the truck. Much more informative to see it "in the wild"
I'll definitely go with the Platinum, but with the shorter bed.

Actually, I look for more of ours to be ordered that way than with the 5.5'. Due to tax laws, you need a 6' minumum cargo area to depreciate more than a specific $ amount in a single year. We need the 6.5' to make the farmers eligible to deduct them 100% the first year. Many of these don't need the 6.5' box as they just use them as a car, but still have to have it for IRS reasons.
As to the looks of the truck, I am not sure I can say that I like it I have to have one, but I don't hate it. The FX4 pkg does look the best to me, but the problem would be I like the all the features of the King Ranch.
What I do not understand, and Ford is not the only one, it seems they all have done this from Toyo, Chevy, to Dodge and Ford. Why have all the trucks gotton so tall. Even 2wd work trucks now have bed sides that are way too tall to make working out them convienent. I hope Ford does move forward with the F100 program, and comes out with a smaller truck that I hope will have a regular cap long bed option.

Personally I like the new truck, I think it looks good and has several functional improvements over the current model.
