I got to see a black Supercrew Platinum and a black Supercrew FX4 at the Houston Rodeo this weekend and I think they both looked really nice. I didn't have a camera, so no pictures.

Only potentially negative thing, the trucks seemed longer than the 04-08. The doors were longer and the whole truck seemed a lot longer than the previous style. Don't know if this is a bad thing yet without driving one to see how they turn and get into parking spots, but just something I noticed.

I'm still excited about the trucks and seeing one up close, overall I liked the new style alot. Just don't know if I'm going to wait and get an 09 or get an 08 cheap, as my uncle just got an 08 Supercrew King Ranch for $30K

....the front doors on the supercrews are now the same as the scab doors, prior to 09 the supercrew front doors were 6 inches shorter than scab. That's where the extra length comes from, so it's longer but not a whole lot.

If you search there's a thread discussing dimensions like length & clearance etc.

They've probably hidden a honda civic engine in there just to tick us off.
(I hope they'd be joking)

You sat in a new F-150. How does it compare to the current model? How does it feel?
