I like the blue FX4 pics. Also I see that they have relocated the rear camera, from the postion that one of F150online members came up with (tailgate handle) to under the Ford Emblem.

Exterior is awesome, HATE the interior. I had hoped that the production model would have lost most of those gimmicky buttons. There's alot of potential for distraction there. STILL no auto 4 , the flat rear floor is nice though, I assume the jack is now in the floor.

personally don't think i WANT the auto 4x4.... you know how much ***** chevy's are going through right now trying to lift those things? the kits are outrageous because you have to get new driveshafts etc etc.

call me old fashioned and something about the interior i don't like either. it's not, how do i say, comfy? it looks cool, just doesn't look comfortable

For those that are into lifting their truck, it's an issue. That's not what I'm into, auto 4 is a VERY nice feature to have in the winter. I agree about the interior, it just doesn't look like a place you'd want to spend alot of time in.

Ya know it is going to take some getting used to. WE have a new Expedition in the family and I cant help but say that it is a cross breed between that and the new super dutys. Now with all the new dials looks like Ford might end up with more issues than what they bargained for. But sooner or later I'll probably have one in my driveway.

.....overall i'm pleased with the exterior look for the most part....particularly the fx4.

I did notice the rear window seems taller than current & the side windows seems taller...dunno if this is an optical illusion..i don't think so, there *were* rumors of a slightly higher overall cab height...so this would follow with that idea........the cab does seem to have lost some of the 'chopped' look it had particularly from the rear that the 04-08 have.
More pix will help, some full on profile shots etc.

The interior... I see they have what looks like an 'integrated display' screen at top of center console...maybe for stock radio *and* hvac?. The last two pix showing the sat-nav screen option make the center stack look quite a bit better. Also there appears to be a large space between speedo & tach for a data screen of some sort.

I'm definitely looking forward to the pickuptruck.com writeup & pix.....i guess by midnight tonight.

Fwiw they have a writeup & pix about the 2009 dodges......in the story it's interesting to note the chief of the lighttruck designers at Dodge admitted how impressed they were w/ 2004-08 ford f-150 & frankly admitted it was the chief influence in 2009 dodge.
