Hi guys, newbie here with a familiar problem. My 4wd was working fine right up to the first time I really needed it.
Almost everything has been replaced within the last 12-16 months. Solenoid, actuators, tranfer shift motor etc.
Right now it's intermitent..might engage, might not. Both high and low lights in dash come on when switched on dash
is flipped. I have tried searching this and many other forums but many posts seem to deal with no dash light and the suggestion is
to replace shift motor. I may be imagining it but almost seems that when it is colder not going to work..gets little milder and after
couple of attempts it will usually enguage...any help would be appreciated. Truck is 2008 XLT supercrew with about 120,000 miles.
