The clicking is coming from the fuse box on the passenger side pillar

And you ignored the REST of the instructions or, at least, neglected to provide full details of the results.

Didn't ignore them, just have no one to help me try to start the truck while I listen or check things. I am no mechanic by any stretch, just a guy who tries to fix things as they go wrong with help of youtube or online somehow. I have to admit, alot of what you stated in your post, about the different relays and this and that, went completely over my head. Not trying to be disrespectful, I appreciate the help.

Shouldn't be too hard to turn on the headlights and try to start it, do the headlights dim or not?

Next step depends on your answer to that.

I wont be able to find out until tomorrow, when I have someone to try it for me. Most of the time there is no one to help.

I bet the OP works for the electric company.... need two people to watch the headlights, one to turn the key, and the other to have a mug of coffee and clipboard in hand...

But in all seriousness, glc is right, you can tell just by sitting in the drivers seat.

Had my wife turn the key to start while I had a tester on the solenoid to see if it had power to it. It did, so I changed the starter/solenoid and it fixed the problem. My older Fords had the solenoid on the fender under the hood, which would have made this a piece of cake, but now they are a part of the starter, which makes it a " not so fun " job.
