Tire problems... Needing help.

I have been having a problem with a passenger exhaust manifold leak where the pipe connects to to the manifold. Someone took the passenger front tire off to get to it easier. Apparently, they didn't tighten the lug nuts all the way. So my tire flies off while I'm going down the road going about 45 mph.
It broke all six studs and the vaccum line. I replaced the line & studs. I have aftermarket 18in rims on it. My tire size is lt35x12.50r18. Just found a tire the same size. Now I cannot find the right rim. Can I just order a 18in Steele wheel and put it on ?

You need a rim that is 8.5" wide up to 11" wide for that tire. Ideally, it would be 10" wide. Back spacing? Whatever your existing rims are I suppose. Can you buy another aftermarket rim that matches the ones on the truck?

You do need to match up the geometry, if you can't, put the oddball rim on the rear or buy 2.

I don't trust my back spacing measurements because I don't know for sure if I'm measuring it right. I can't find any like the ones I have on now. I can't even find out what brand they are. I bought the truck with them on it. I have picture's I will post that are on it now.

Would it not be okay if it's the same size rim & tire?

Lay the wheel face down onto the ground so the backside of the wheel is facing up. Take a straight edge and lay it diagonally across the inboard flange of the wheel. Take a tape measure and measure the distance from where the straight edge contacts the inboard flange to the hub mounting pad of the wheel.
