Exclamation Clicking/grinding after doing wheel bearings.

so i just did my wheel bearings.

i had to redo it and take it back apart to lube up the bearings.
it now makes a grinding sound. if i pull the axle back it stops.
the IWE outer ring plastic is visibly damaged and those gears are moving around. gonna change IWE hub and hope it stops.

its weird how it didn't do it the first time bolting it up.

my actuator came in today. gonna do the dirty tomorrow. apparently there is two ways to change vacuum hub.

1: remove bottom strut bolt and 6 12mm star bolts on axle shaft
2: remove upper and outer tie rod end
i was going to do '1', but im on a hill with sketchy jack and stands. would have to jack both sides and remove both wheels.
'2' sucks without a impact gun. seems like the better option and i can inspect ball joints.

i really hope the IWE was the problem. you can visually see the gears are not parallel and there is burnt plastic on outer rim i was plucking out on the bearing side. i should of took a pic.
