I have an 04 f-150 with a 5.4 triton. It keeps flashing up a misfire code.First it said misfire on #8 changed all plugs and all coil packs.Still has a misfire and it keeps showing misfire on #5 clear that code out and then it shows misfire on#6 and then at times it flashes code for running lean on bank 1.Any help is greatly appreciated.

 

How many miles on the motor? .. I could be way off or stating the obvious, but were the plugs gapped correctly?

 

The Plugs are factory set and milage is just over 180,000

 

What brand plugs and coils did you use? Have you used any injector cleaner in the gas recently? Techron is recommended.
