Any install tips on Rancho Quick lifts???

Hey everyone - I have a 2007 Screw 4X2 with 2"/AS spacer and stock front end. I put my 9000xl's on over the weekend and they are awesome.
Now it's time for the loaded Quicklifts. I have the tools needed, but are there any tricks or helpful advice? Thanks

Should have just gone with rancho quicklifts and forgot about the spacer. Would have been easier, too!

Not at all, just offering an opinion as others do read these and get ideas too. I know what's done is done and if you're happy, that's all that matters.

Is that video from Rancho pretty spot on? Special tools or anything else that might make a simple job? Have compressor ratchet etc. Probably need to pick up a pry bar just in case.
When reinstalling is it better to put top in first or bottom. Some messaged me and said the half shaft gets in the way. First time I heard about that.

Spot on. You might want to soak the bolts with PB Blaster first to help loosen up the grime. Spray them a few days before, each day to help with it.

The video is pretty spot on. I removed the whole UCA, but only because I was replacing.

And sorry, I thought you had meant you had already done the front and we're putting new ones on the rear. When you add the quick lifts to the front, don't use the 2" spacers too.

I was getting confused by the original question earlier which explains why it may have come off differently than I had intended!

I think the video is good, but...

I tried to install them myself 3 years ago. I couldn't get the upper control arm out of the spindle. I ended up having a local Big-o install them along with a new set of BFG Rugged Terrains, and alignment...

One of mine was assembled with the adjustment valve installed inboard...Big-O was pretty good about it...they disassembled and turned it around...even though they didn't sell me the struts...

I am pretty happy with the Quick Lift Loaded's.

I installed mine in 2013. Job was very straight forward. The best recommendation I could say is, jack it up as high as you can. Adding another 2" of height makes it difficult to shove the strut in. Did it pretty much the way Rancho's video was.

Anyone happen to have the nut/bolts sizes for the front suspension. I have a ford shop manual, but it only lists the torque settings.

Wanted to let everyone know that the install was a success and I wanted to share some helpful advice.
To re-cap I installed the Adjustable 9000XL on the back 2weeks ago and loaded QL's on the front yesterday. After a week the back are settling in and I like the setting on 3 ,as it is a very smooth and non - harsh ride ( factory like).
On to the front! First off there is alot of numbers as to the lower shock nut and bolt size. My 07 took a 27mm standard / 30mm deep well and the fit perfect. First side took 2 hrs due to trying to figure out removing old and getting the new seated. A 2ft pry bar or breaker is needed and if u can get a helper to put the pry bar under the a arm and through the strut hole for leverage, I found this to be easiest way.
I did use the Rancho video and its a good starting point on the steps to take, it is one of those " each install is different scenarios". My main jack point was the side I was working cross member, but found i was using 3 jacks at one point to get the upper bj and assembly the reach so I could thread the nut.
All said and done with 3 hrs spent on a Saturday, I am very happy with this setup over my 2 inch spacer I had before.
BTW, you do need a alignment afterwards. My truck drove straight with no pulling and Firestone sheet said I was off by a good bit.
