Rear power sliding window motor

So my rear power window stopped working and I've tried all the tricks to get it working, but it looks like the motor is dead.

Anyone know where I can get JUST the motor? Ive only been able to find the whole assembly

Welcome to the club! I bought my truck in February of 2009 and that following October the window stopped while at campus. Pulled the seat and the cable was a rat's nest! I've read of it happening. It comes as an assembly and I plan to finally replace it this summer. I have opened it by hand the last 6 years.

Its not just me? LOL Yeah mine was broken when I purchased the truck used from Carmax. I told the salesman I'd buy the truck if they'd fix the rear sliding window. Deal!

I think they just did a quick patch up on it. It lasted a couple years and stopped working again last year.
My motor works because I can hear it, but the cable is toast so it doesn't move. Part of the cable is poking up between the glass and rear seat. I tuck it back down on occasion.
Sooner or later I'll find the time to remove everything and replace the motor/regulator assembly.

I haven't even searched to find the part# yet. Have either of you done that yet? I don't know how much it's gonna cost to replace.

When I first had looked years ago it was around $150. I bet between 100-150 would be right.

Its pretty common thing. After some research the three common fixes are
1. Tap the motor with a hammer a few times
2. Lube the cables
3. Clean the switch contacts (same as the regular window switch problem)

Ive had to clean the switches a few time already, but this time I could tell it was the motor.

Heres a link to the whole assembly for about ~$150. Dealer charges $600-700 with labor, but it seems easy enough to replace yourself.

This thread motivated me to finally jump on it. I watched a Youtube vid as to how to remove the rear seat back to gain access.
I just came back in from removing the motor and cable assembly. Wasn't hard, took me 20 minutes. I got the part# from it too. 6L3Z1523394AB
The cables are shredded and wadded up in a rats nest at the motor. Looks like I'll have to order one from the Tasca parts link you provided. Seems like a fair price.

The windows are made by C R Lawrence...I think you can also buy motor assemblies, as well as whole windows through their dealers...they make everything for residential/industrial glass, and automotive...not sure if it is any cheaper through them than a Ford dealer...

Yogi.kudos, if you're interested Ill sell you the motor from mine. Like I mentioned above my cable assembly is trash but the motor seems to work fine. Looks like Ill need to buy an entire motor/regulator assembly as a kit so this good motor is just gonna go to waste. I have no clue as to what its worth so make me an offer.lol
Im at work now but if interested send me a pm and we'll talk later.
