Trucks Hesitated on Start Up. But only one time.

I have a 2006 F-150 STX 4.6L V8 with 64000 miles on it. Only maintenance has been oil changes...

Yesterday after work I went to start my truck and it started but was shaking and couldn't catch any rpm. The engine was turning over but it was experiencing serious low idle and hesitation. I turned it off after a few seconds and gave it another try and it started up as normal with no problems.

I have experienced a little bit of a rough idle at stoplights which I hear is normal, but I have never had any problems starting it like I did the other day.

I have tried starting it today and cannot re-create the problem...

My truck shakes a hair at a stop in drive, but i'm also still on original plugs/COPs. I chalk up everything to that though. I have replaced my FPRD already.
