Anzo u bar headlight installation
Anzo u bar headlight installation
Hey there, I just recently bought some u bar headlights from anzo and they just got here but I have no idea on how to install them because they have two extra wires (a green and a black one) for the U bar light. I've searched everywhere and can't find instructions. I have a f150 2006, so I'm here to post hopefully someone will know where the wires go. Idk how to post a pic but ill try

Max;Sadly - this appears to be the case with these aftermarket units of dubious quality.
I respectfully suggest that you return the units for a refund, as both the quality and performance of these units is very, very sub-par. In many cases, worse than stock. Which would be pointless. And - you cannot use an HID kit in them safely. For the money, you could have a proper projector retrofit with fantastic results that is literally worlds apart. www.theretrofitsource.com

Now - having said that:
First - please ask/PM a Moderator if they will move yer thread to the Illuminatin' & Lightin' forum, where the experts hang. This'un: https://www.f150online.com/forums/il...-lighting-131/. Browse around in there fer more really good foundation info.
Second - try contacting Anzo Tech support fer assistance. IF they even have one. Was there contact info on the documentation included in the box?
Third - if ye bought them from CarID, we have a rep - try PM'ing him fer he as well. http://www.carid.com/2006-ford-f-150...-44172297.html. Rep's handle = carid. OR - use the contact number on that page.
And yes - please do post pics, so folks kin cipher whut'all ye's sayin'. Here's how: https://www.f150online.com/forums/qu...-pictures.html
Best o' luck!
