Picture of leveling kit with 33" tire

The question I have may be in a forum already and if so can someone show the link, and if not here is my question.

I want to see pictures of a 2.5”/3” leveling kit on and 2008 with 33” (max.) tall tires.

Also, what size tire will I need to make up a 33” tall tire on a 18” wheels 2??/??/18

Thanks for your help.

mine are 295/70R17 so its more like a 33.5". I think a 275/70R18 will give you right around the same if i remember correctly

Yup, 275/70/18 is the size I would get too. And all of Google is littered with pics of leveled trucks with 33s. Don't get a 3" though, it's too much for the front end to handle.

I agree with KMAC0694, 3" is a bit much on the front end. i picked up my rough country with 1" rear block and shocks for around the same price as the one your looking at from the RC website. Their shocks aren't the best but for under $200 for everything I really can't complain.

Auto spring is actually awesome, the best out there in my opinion, and is what I have, but their 2.5" kit would be better. 3" will tear through ball joints and CVs.

Here they were brand new in 2009 on my previous truck. This one had Bilstein 5100 2" leveling struts and an add-a-leaf in the back.

good looking trucks!!

I like the Rough Country lift just need to replace the blocks with an add-a-leaf, I tow a trailer and and block will not work. I'm just looking for a little stance since my week ride has all the lift. (see below)

thanks for the help all

I'd go auto spring then. the RC shocks are definitely firmer than stock but i haven't towed anything crazy heavy since i put the kit on so I can't tell you how it handles large towing. a truck bed full of mulch did fine though...

Now I'm thinking of running the Rough Contry and deleating the rear blocks and running an add-a-leaf. I don't want to go with the 3" lift and have problems with ball joints.

you could do that. or auto spring makes a 2.5" with an add-a-leaf

I'd just get Autospring's 2.5" level and either their AAL or another one, maybe a Skyjacker.

This is exactly what you were looking at before, but with the 2.5"
