The Found a bunch of old pics of my truck since it was new, so here are the changes I've made over the years:
Brand new summer 2008, stock
Around 2009 I added 2" rear blocks and a tonneau cover
In 2010 I took off the stock 235/70r17 tiny Hankooks and put on a set of 245/70r17 Firestone Denstination AT (favorite tire)
Around 2012 I'd gotten sick of the crazy rake and wanted to bring the front end up a little. I got a set of 4x4 length coil overs thinking I'd gain an inch. Wrong, I gained about 3"
Since I was so used to having so much rake, I hated the almost level apperance. I had 1" of rake, but that wasn't enough. So here I swapped the 2" blocks for 2.5"
Around 2013 I realized I had too much wheel well room. So, I put on a set of LT265/70r17 Cooper Discoverer AT3. I ended up not liking them very much. As you can see in this pic below, compared to above, the coopers took a ton of wheel weights to balance. However, the coopers just were not ever able to get perfect, the tire shop tried 3 different sets with no luck, and I'd never had a problem balancing the firestones. Also, the coopers were no where near as good in snow and were much louder on the highway.
2014 I added tow mirrors and swapped the 2.5" rear block for a 3". Then as I'd look at the truck, it started to look like a lifted truck, that wasn't what I was going for at all and I started to hate the appearance.
So, by early 2015 I took off the tow mirrors and the cooper tires and went back to smaller 245/70r17 Firestone Denstination AT.
A few months after that, I found a great deal on a set of 4 chrome clad rims with center caps and tpms off an 08 for only $100. I went with chrome clad as I was sick of having to repaint the stock steel rims yearly.
Since I now had nicer looking rims, I decided to PTM the bumpers and accent the rims with chrome door and tailgate levers.
I still didn't like the stance of the truck. It was too tall. I took out the 3" blocks, put my 2.5" back in the rear, took out the 4x4 length coilovers (re built the whole front end during the process) and put in 2wd length coilovers with 1/2" spacers on top. My uca angles look much better now, though they never contacted the coil prior. I threw on some STX decals because the bed seemed a little bare to me. My current mesurments from center of center cap to wheel well are; 22.5" front and 25.25" rear.
UCA angle with 2wd Monroe quick struts (those alone have a higher spring rate and will lift you slightly above the stock springs) with 1/2" spacers on top:
That's all. I think I'm content. May go with 255/70r17 tires next time. I don't like the look of the 265/70 on such a short wheel base truck. It just doesn't look good to me.

My 05 f150 crew cab. I just redone my emblems today.
I done front and rear emblem today. Something a little different.
I will be removing the front lisence plate and be putting in led's behind a white lower grill. Been working on a few things last couple weeks. Complete undercoat, new si/do exhaust, painted hood cowl and bed rails. Changed plugs again for the second time yestertday. Every plug came out this time with just a 3/8 ratchet, but i put anti seize on threads and may redo them. I dont know what i was thinking.
