Hi I'm new to this site
I have a problem with my transmission I have the p0720 code the is the output speed sensor the truck don't go I drive just like shaking and don't go over 10 milles if I replace replace the sensor everything should work or my transmission is gone

Ok I replace the OSS same thing no first gear and don't pass the 10 Milles take the truck to a local shop
They tell me my transmission oil filter fall out to the oil pan and I was not pick up the oil and overheat the tranny and burn the clutches and I Need a new or rebuilt transmission
I have a 2005 ford f150 with the 4.6l and 4r70w transmission does any one know if I can replace with the 4r75e I hear is better transmission used on the 5.4l triton engines
I been doing research the last two weeks but I don't find specific information for the 04' and up f150 the only reason I'm asking this question is because I found a really good deal on a rebuild 4r75e
If I can swap this transmission what will be the modifications I have to do to work properly
Any help please I need to get my truck back on the road
