Thanks goes out to everyone.

Several days ago, I stumbled on this thread about the potential problems with the FPDM. This afternoon, I followed the suggestions and removed the FPDM from our truck. Sure enough there was corrosion between the Al body and the steel frame. I didn't see any cracks in the housing but there was a quarter size of the Al corrosion that fell off the FPDM. I gently wire brushed the FPDM and the truck frame and sprayed both with some grey&black rustoleum paint. After the paint dried, I placed a piece of Rubber Roofing EPDM that was the size of FPDM along with cut out holes for the bolts between it and the steel frame. I wire brushed the 2 hold down bolts, put a dab of Never Seez on the threads and gently tightened everything back up. I quess time will tell.
