Where to get 2008 chrome climate panel buttons?

Just as the title states, where can I get the chrome climate buttons that came on most 2008 FX4/Lariats? Google turned up not a thing. Would prefer to not buy a replacement digital climate panel as they aren't anywhere near cheap for just gaining a couple chrome ring buttons.

I now have some chrome radio buttons. Does anyone have the chrome climate appearance and want the non chrome version? Perhaps a trade could be arranged.

FX4s don't have that.. At least not my FX4 but maybe I didn't buy fancy enough. But from what I could tell when i was looking for FX4s even the loaded ones don't have it.

I believe it was a 2008-thing. I know my Lariat has it, but Darren's doesn't because his is an '07.

Well I guess that would explain him asking for a 2008 ha.

I did test drive a loaded FX4 2008 and I don't believe it had those controls, but i have a horrible memory so maybe it did.

Pretty darn sure it is indeed an 08 thing. I think they updated the instrument cluster in 08 (maybe 07) too to go along with it. But it's possible that all 08+ everything had it. I've seen stripped down super duties and work trucks with the chrome ring'd *****. I can't remember, but want to say the Super Duty kept these radios through 2010, in which case all of those have the chrome.

There is one on eBay for $80 with a $10 ship. I'll buy it as a last resort, I just didn't want to pay too much. But granted a new OEM unit is $312 via Tasca.

Here is a 2008 fx4 luxury interior pic. I think the last fleet of some high end 2008 models got them. I want it cause its a nice subtle OEM enhancement mod. I already have the chrome radio buttons.

It is a 08 thing - the 08 Ford radios were fitted with chrome ***** which indicates the radio supports mobile ease bluetooth phone integration. As a result, Ford mirrored the look to the climate controls.

As far as I am aware, you could only get the auto climate control on the Lariat and above. I have yet to see just the buttons for sale.

Same process as tearing down to do a head unit. Climate panel is attached to the mounting frame.

See if the F250+ ones are compatible. Should be and give you a 10 times larger pool of parts to pick from.
