Speedo ?

On my 2008 FX4 the lights on the odometer quit working, the lcd screen works and display miles, trip, direction, and temp just no lights. The rest of the light in the cluster are just fine. I have searched and wanted to make sure, but I am pretty sure I need to just replace the bulb behind there? As I seen where some people pulled the face off but I think that was to fix the "blackout" problem.

When I change this is, is there a way to change the color?

Thanks I searched and found a couple of the topics but not all. I don't know about pulling the needles and getting them back on. So I will probably just replace the bulb that is out.
