Look how far you've come in a few weeks with all these orders!

I'm pretty amazed myself! This has been something I've wanted to do for about a year now, but never saw myself actually fulfilling it.

How does one go about installing these? I would LOVE to buy some but I don't have that type of money.

If it's the actual install of the headlights that you need help with after receiving them, I'm available to help!
The service doesn't stop after shipping off the lights.

A Mini H1 kit only runs about $280, and can be had for almost 200 if you're in a group buy. They're also a lot easier to do (you'll see why if you look at how-to threads for a Mini and an FX-R) because they require a lot less cuttin and drillin. I've spent that much on the last few little things I've done, should've just done a retrofit!

Depending on the options chosen, $270 to $355 for a MH1 kit. Plus the cost of misc items needed for installation if you don't already have them.

$200 may not be a lot to you guys but I'm 17 and cut grass, a seasonal job, so I'm not making jack right now. I could get some part time thing but I rather not. God forbid I miss a day at the gym. Thanks for the help though gents!

Back on topic...I'm working with the idea of adding LEDs inside our OEM tail light housings. It'll probably be this in addition to the halogen bulb, but I'm not sure yet.

Guys, this excellent thread was being seriously derailed by the discussion of income (or lack of same). So, I've removed those posts. Let's keep this thread on topic.

If you want to start a discussion on "Poor But Proud", or, "I Can't Afford Goodies for My Truck", start a new thread in the Discussion section.
