How to take off rear bumper?

I'm looking to remove my rear bumper off my 06 F150 and was wondering how to get it off. Can someone let me know how to do it or is there a video of how to do it? Thanks!

One of the more important things the above poster did not mention are the clips holding the step pad on. You need to be very carful or they'll break.

I reused my original bumper bolts and nuts. Everything's just dandy a year later.
