I have them with 35" tires on my 2004 Scab F150 with Roush charger. It it is much better but I can't give you an MPG yet because the motor is misfiring a bit and I don't have it tuned properly. It shifts crisper and quicker. I would assume around town your MPG would be better and on the highway it will be a bit worse at 75 mph. I got it all done for about $1275 parts included. It is an nice option to have but not life or death.

if I was to ever do 80 in my truck (I have 35's and 4.56's) my rpms would be well over 3k. Just saying. Right now, I live in north carolina, and most of the back roads are 55 mph. I go the speed limit and I get about 18-19 mpg. If i bump it up to 70 mph on the interstate, i get about 12 mpgs.
