Repainting mirrors black

Just wondering if anyone has reprinted there stock mirrors black? Mine have a few scuffs and are a little faded. If anyone did this what did you use?

I'm going to paint all my plastics when it gets Warmer outside. I bought a cheap HVLP paint gun at Harbor Freight. Clear in a can tends to be cloudy. Just remember to take your time.

I'm actually looking to PTM the caps of the mirrors eventually( the truck is silver) but I just wanted to reprint the black part if the mirrors since mine have some scuff marks and are faded.
