Need help on price of truck

So after 7 years of having my truck I think it's time to sell it but I need help coming up with a price. I've been a member of this fourm
For 10 years but I can't figure out my password.

It's a 2004 f150 v8 with 100,000 miles
8" rize
Brand new 37x13.50r20 toyo mts
20" Kmc monsters
Straight pipe
K&N intake
All tinted out
Hids and Whelen led reverse lights and more.

I don't expect to get a fortune for the truck I need a ball park number to start it off.

Thank you in advance.

What model, what cab, what bed, 2wd or 4wd, what engine, what transmission, what's your general location? Any body damage, interior damage, or rust?

US or Canada?

US try http://www.kbb.com/

Canada use http://vmrcanada.com/

And be aware of the differences described in the links to condition and wholesale vs retail, and private vs dealer. It's all a little more art and dance than simple math

What ever blue book it is what you will get unless you find somebody that wants that exact vehicle and pays cash.

I had the same issue with my 2003. I paid 27K for it used with 20K miles, put around 25-30K of mods into it and sold it with 97K miles on body and 35K on Lightning motor and only got around 2K over blue book but it was for sale for over a year and the guy had cash!

Aside from regional price differences, I'd probably start off around $14K and see what you get for offers. Personally, the 37's (although new), 8" lift kit, and straight pipe are all detractors of value for when I'm looking for a truck. I automatically assume it's been ridden hard and put away wet. Your market is going to be people who want an off-road toy with a lot of lift. Good luck!

good luck! and you might be better off just replacing the tail lights, as the dent takes away value
