The guy told me it cost him around 2K for the conversion, that beats buying a new truck for me. I briefly spoke with him about what he had to do for the conversion. He told me for the bumper you needed to buy the 2011 brackets. The fenders need a S bracket at the end and the headlights need a custom bracket.

Do you guys think its really that simple? I know there is a few that have done it, so if you see this can you please elaborate on th

Nope all OEM parts, no kit. Not sure if he pieced together parts or if he bought the whole front clip.

Nice work from that guy but I'd rather have 09+ interior instead of exterior.

Lol would like both. I already tried to see if the door panels would fit but they won't.

The dash, center console and speedo would be good enough for me! And leather seats, hate my cloth, stains so easily.

Looks good except for the OEM grille. I've seen some 09+'s with black billet grilles that look really good.

One of the things I like most about the 09+ is the grille set up. Not the OEM but how it's flat and there's a lot of it. As you say punisher throwing a black billet on there looks sick.

It looks very good, it kinda bugs me but it needs the matching bedside flares of the front fender. Easy alternative to having people think yah bought a new truck

That was my thought as well. I do like the looks of the '09+ front ends, not so much the flared tailgate. Maybe a set of flares to get the front and rear fenders looking cohesive, really the best of both worlds.
