Talking Gloss Black Pillars Done

Another satisfied customer from Pillarcovers, an eBay seller. I purchased the pillars shortly after DarrenWS6 made is write-up. Finally got some weather above 70 degrees so I could get them put on

Even as much as I am against the "stick-on" type of modifications, Glossy Black Pillars are one that I would highly recommend. Like Darren, I also could not justify paying someone to paint these and I most certainly could not justify the ~$300 cost of the painted OEMs.

I got these shipped quickly to my door for only $36.31. Installation was very straight forward and simple. They even included the alcohol prep pads. A+ seller in my opinion!

Here's the link directly where I purchased them==> http://www.ebay.com/itm/04-08-Ford-F...6d293b&vxp=mtr

And here are a few pictures I was able to get tonight.

I'll have to get some pictures from further away tomorrow, once I got home someone was parked next to me so I didn't really want to get pictures with some random cars in the way lol. Now I need tint on the front windows! :P

Pillarcovers claims that they are UV resistant for a guaranteed 10 years. Only time will tell how long these will actually last, but even if they fade 5 years from now, I'd gladly pay another $36 for them Anyways, thanks for looking!

Well, they're on top of the factory pillars, so I'd guess whatever thickness vinyl or a thin sheet of aluminum is?

Looks good brother. Glad you like em'. I am very satisfied with them as well.
Here's my truck with LIMO tint all around with them. The tint and pillars just all flow so well together:

They finally got them for Scabs! Did you have to let them know you have a Scab? I couldn't find them on Ebay.

Thanks Guys! No, I didnt have to tell them anything....i actually bought the ones that were for the Super Crew. Even though the Cab is smaller in the S-Cab, they laid right over the pillars with a perfect fit.

No they don't, I just went through this with my SCab. But they were fantastic about working through the fitment issues.

Very nice! They look great with the LIMO tint

I'm going to tint my front windows next weekend, only going 20% though.. I've gotten plenty of a harassment about the limo black on my Monte Carlo so maybe with something a little lighter they won't pick on me so much haha? Hopefully it looks as good as yours
