What back spacing

Would I need to make my wheels flush with my fender? Thinking of changing my wheels to like black slides.

you could get lariat-fx4 fender trim/flares. Mines are good for 1/2" of coverage, past the fender. And I think they golden rule for that one is 30mm on a 9" wide wheel. not sure though
