Thinking of entering a truck pull

Local county fair is having truck pulls during the fair. They have a stock gasoline class that I think I would qualify for. The only engine mod is an aftermarket intake which I don't really consider a mod to increase power and torque. I have 35 mud tires or a set of stock wheels. 5.4 engine. You guys think I would do well in a truck pull or just not waste my time? No idea what other types of trucks would be in a stock gasoline class other than stock rams, silverados, and other f150's?

i highly doubt a stock truck class truck pull is going to destroy his truck. If everyone is so worried about thier trucks doing work, then sell em n buy a car. I also guess all the fellas who off-road thier trucks shouldnt because they can destroy thier trucks. Same with the people who tow or haul stuff...nope cant do it...it'll destroy it...
These are trucks, even tho most now are sissyfied cars, and are meant to do hard work. If everything is in proper working order, and he isnt stupid while doing it he wont do any damage.
