Im looking to replace the rotors on my truck with drilled and slotted and have found good deals on ebay for the set of 4. Only thing is does anyone know how long they will last? Usually when you buy something cheap its usually cheap quality.

 

Why do you need drilled/rotors? Is this a truck to be used on the race track? 4WD or 2WD?

Don't waste your money daily driving won't ever get them h it enough and you don't race like what was said above. Factory rotors will do fine just upgrade the pads.

 

i just replaced mine with some i found on ebay that are slotted and drilled that were $227 plus free shipping cheaper than what i could get at an auto store close to me so i got them they are great if there the same set your looking at the i would get them!

 

Centric has some decent solid rotors that many have used with good results.

 

Got em, like em.... I do a fair amount of driving up/down the nearby mountain- about 45 minute trip. Was really taking a toll on my brakes as I kept having warped rotors.

Problem is, on a 2x4, the bearing is still not replaceable (well I guess there is a replacement now). So when that happens, it still SUCKS.

 

Robamus, there is a conversion kit for the 2wd from Centric. It includes a wheel bearing hub, but allows you to use regular rotors like the 4wd do.

Yes, it allows you to convert to 4X4 rotors which have replacable bearings.

 

I had a set of ebay drilled and slotted rotors on the front of my Mustang and they were ok. I put a good set of pads (Bosch-also from ebay) on it too.
