heating blender problem?

heating blender problem?

I seem to to having a problem with my heating blended, it will only go from full hot to full cold no matter what setting I put it in. And it keep changing on its own.

My buddy has a 07 model and his is doing the same thing. I have a 2010 and just got mine from the dealership this morning, My blend door was doing the same thing.
