kinda hard to put an x-pipe on that setup ... lol.

With both sides being an equal length no x-pipe is needed.

I really like what you did to your rig! And I echo the sentiment that your craftsmanship is very impressive!

Great job!

You can run a pipe between the 2 where they come out of the headers...

You need a cross pipe no mater what the lengths are so that the exhaust pulses can balance both sides out

First i used a special grindtool on a drill that gave the pipe a brushed surface. Then of to the polishwheel and started with some sort of rubbing wax andw then finish it of with high gloss wax. Alot of work though, bout 30min per tip but it turned out great.

Excellent craftmanship. I would have tried to find a way to incorporate an x-pipe, but mainly for sound reasons as I don't really like the way "true duals" sound without a crossover pipe to balance the pulses. Looks slick!

cool. i dont think an x-pipe is really nec. but an H would suffice just fine, IMO

I remember my 1989 Mustang 5.0 LX 5-speed had a crossover pipe & headers right from the factory! I miss that car!

Unfortunately the thing was slow as crap with 225HP from the factory, lol.

I haven't seen your progress in awhile, and holy crap! That exhaust is freaking awesome! Sounds great and I love the 'Sidepipe' look to them, very cool!

I always thought that a GT40 style hood for the F150 would be really cool looking. Where the "scoops" went in the hood not above. But I don't know if there is enough room in the engine bay for that.

Not my work, just a sweet Google search:
