Has anybody tried putting super duty air vents in a F150? I want to get rid of the chrome ones in the truck now and replace them with the all black ones from the 08 F-250 super duty. I'm almost positive that their the same size but want to check.

 

Should have mentioned that my truck is a 2006

 

I took mine off and painted, left the chrome, ill get a pix up in a few

Are those from a 250? They look exactly like mine (HD with chrome bezels) off an '04-'08 150....

i believe the xl and some stx's came with black vents

 

My truck's radio dials have chrome bezels but I originally had all black air vents on my STX. My Dad's XLT had the chrome edition package but had no chrome on the radio lol.

 

how come mine's an 08' xlt that has the black air vents with the chrome ring? from the factory.

 

i am pretty sure that all xlt and up trucks have the chrome ring, then the special trucks have chrome and silver
