Bull Bar - With or Without?

About 18 months ago I added a Bull Bar onto my 2005 SCrew. I also have a Roush grille, and sometimes I feel like the front end is just "too much." So, I'm thinking about losing the Bull Bar and fog lights. Pictures below.

Here is a 2wd truck that features the chrome surround w/ a Roush Grille and w/o bull bar.

What do you all think?

Those bars only look good on a lifted/leveled truck....
posting a pic of a 2wd sport truck is not going to give a good comparison.

I like them, but prefer a "light Bar" less obtrusive.

I don't mind it, but I've considered doing the same thing on my truck. It's tought to say if it's too much, or if it blends in with the rest of the chrome on the bumper/grill. Here's a pic of mine, but the fog lights will be a little different.

It doesn't look horrible with the bull bar, but it does put too much chrome on the front of the truck. If you leveled it and threw some bigger tires on it, it'd look perfect. Bull bars look bad on bone-stock trucks. They also look dumb on trucks that are jacked way up too... looks great on trucks with a level and 33's.

Well,I think it depends on how much cattle you have in order to keep it on.

It's not illegal to mount lights anywhere as far as I know, it's just illegal to use them on public roads. I doubt he uses them as driving lights all the time. I would love to have some aux lights for those country back roads at night as you never know when the deer/cattle decide to sit in the middle of the road.

They're just Hella 500FF fogs, so I find that I barely use them anyway. I think I'm going to pull it off this afternoon and see how I like the look. I'll probably end up throwing the whole package (including license plate bracket and fogs) up on CL and the classifieds here over the weekend.

If I might ask, what did it save it from?
