Truck Transport?

Looking for a good company at a decent price to transport my truck from Texas to Kansas. Anyone have suggestions?

Yes! Use your own truck! Its the most economical way!

Maybe find a member that would drive it up there for you and you fly him/her back?

Transports

As long as your truck is OK to drive, safe & insured, plus you or someone you trust can drive it then it's far more economical to drive than transport. I bought my truck 2 years ago in Los Angelos, Calif and live in Minnesota. I checked it out at the time and it would have cost 3 times the cost of gas, food and motels to have it transported from there to here. Additionally I would have to go to the nearest terminal to pick it up if transported, they didn't deliver to residences.

You can get quotes from the above website. The average going rate is apparently around $1-1.25 per mile as per this website.

I just got my truck back from hitting a deer in KY, and I live in NY. Not sure if it's the same as it was not driveable, but I was told it would cost over $1300 to flatbed it to NY, approx. 680 miles. That's about $1.90 per mile.
