Quality 3rd Brake Light??

So after a recent hail storm, I have to get a new 3rd brake light.
The one I have cracked open.
Insurance is going to pay for the new one. But I am concerned with the seal on the light.
Would my best bet be just getting an OEM one to replace it?
I was also looking at one on Ebay and one from Recon.
What do you guys think??
Links are provided.

lucky you, covered by insurance. The third brake light on the 04 and up the gasket seems to wear out after a few years. And you have to buy the whole assy around 145 bucks. Maybe aftermarket could be better. I just sealed mine with silicone. Hey looks good and works.2 buck tube

I bought the tinted ebay one 3 yrs ago and have never had leaking issues (It was on my Sport Trac before I put it on the F150, same light)

x2 I had a smoked lens LED brake light on my '04 for a year, no problems at all, never fogged or leaked. $46 total on ebay.
