I wonder if that's for the climate control options?

I believe the one on the right is for optional back up sensors, and the one on the left is for traction control.

So could I go buy a piece that has those options and just hook them up and I'd have the traction control option and a backup sensor?

Im sure theres more to it than just adding the switch. Control modules and sensors need to be present in order for the system to function. It was probably just cheaper to manufacture one harness than multiple ones without those options. Maybe someone will chime in with more info about what you are inquiring. BTW, welcome to the site...

Thanks man, and hopefully someone can help. If not it's no big deal just wandering why they were pluged into nothing.

Ford basically made one harness for all versions of the 150's. One plug is for the optional back up sensors and the other is for the optional traction control that was only available on 2wd's.
