Did Ford make a one piece driveshaft for SCABS in 04-08?
If so, anyone have a part number?

 

yes they did my 08 had one, my 2010 has an aluminum one id prolly look into that. however when i lifted my 08 i had a custom alumium 1 piece made by pst driveshaft in florida, they did an amazing job on it and it wasnt too costly...

As well, my 2007 F-150 SCAB Flareside 5.4 FX4 has a one piece rear driveshaft.
