U-joint issue?

I am unfamiliar with drivelines in general so I need some advice if anyone might know what my issue is. Recently I raised the rear of my F-150 to change out the summer/winter tires. After the rear end was jacked up I drove off and heard a loud metal banging. After that it went away. Now I find if I drive on an angle or lets say my rear tire goes over a curb for a few minutes I hear and FEEL a banging in the driveline. Once I felt and heard a distinct bang right under my seat. It seems when the body has been flexed it will do this immediatley after then all is fine until the next time it flexes.

Does this sound like U-joints are moving ? Im at a loss and my powertrain warranty is expiring in a couple thousand miles. So im hoping to find the issue before the warrant expires.

Thanks for any responses..

Went to the dealer today...mech said it was a bad rear shock..going to install new shocks tomorrow. I don't see the connection unless a bad rear shock changes the shaft angle?

U-Joints will make a delayed Clang sound after take off. Yours sounds like shock mount rubber is worn out.
