My '07 has a one piece driveshaft, no center support bearing.

My '77 does have a two piece rear shaft with slip joint and it has a grease fitting and I jujst give it a few pumps once year or two ..... and have never had the bump noise. I have heard it on other's trucks and to my knowledge, always cured with a good lube.

My truck used to have this clunk. I have never greased it. It went away when I installed 4x4 lift blocks back in May 2016, and has not returned. Yet.
