Rear power outlet

Ok today I tried to remove my center console seat to check out the compartment there I saw the wires to the rear outlet I thought was a dummy outlet. I bought the truck new and thought it was a dummy plug because it did not work. Well I tested the wires going into the plug and its not hot. I followed the wire just under the armrest and it looked like its pinched under the bolt that holds down the armrest frame. Does anyone know where the wires lead to there are two sets one under the seat or the wire harness along the door. thanks

Loosen bolt, move wire, maybe splice in a repair and tape up. Check fuses.
