Ok fellas I talked with a guy from Brisk today very helpful guy. I asked him about some guys on here running brisk plugs and the truck runs rough and asked him about having to change them every 20k. He said these plugs are for modified motors not stock and also he said there is people that have to change plugs at 20k and seen people with 50k on them.

Call him back - tell him they need to change the info on their website - it's misleading:

"Part number 3VR17YS is recommended for stock applications.
Part number 3VR14S is a colder heat range and recommended for modified applications.
Heat ranges 3VR12S and 3VR10S are to be released soon for extreme power output applications. "

Also:

"Spark plugs last up to 50,000miles in stock applications.
Due to Ford 3V cylinder head design Brisk recommend to inspect the plugs periodically and readjust the gap.
(suggested gap for stock applications is ~0.40", modified applications ~0.35")"

That's THREE references to 'Stock' applications. One could infer from that, that these plugs could be used in... yep, you guessed it - STOCK applications

So it's OEM, Champs or E3's fer you.
