is your tailgate closed completely? It will have a constant beep if it isnt fully closed. You can turn it off as well, there should be a button next to the or in the vacinity (sp?) of your cigarette lighter/ashtry
The only thing you can do is locate the source of the beeping, and disconnect it. However, I wouldn't disconnect it. Your company gave you a vehicle to use and has equipped it with that beeper for liability reasons. You're far better off having it.

Ditto. We have these on all our company trucks, its there for a reason. Not worth getting canned over.
Its a backup beeper. It's wired in line with the backup lights. Probably mounted under the bed somewhere near the back bumper. It's requried by OSHA under some circumstances. It's also required by insurance companies for vehicles operating fleet/commercial.

Locate the wire from the brake lights, then chop the signal wire and connect it to one of these:
