Shutting Off Annoying Features
Thanks for all the info guys. Really appreciated. Already found the seatbelt and shut it off. Now going to shut off the auto locks.
BTW - Other than when I'm on my property up north, I 100% always wear my seatbelt. I even wear it right up until I get onto it but once the front tires are on my land off she goes.

It blows my mind that some people still won't/don't use seat belts. Unless you're Orca fat, they're not uncomfortable and they take almost no time to use. Even when I drive 50' from my house to the mail box I'll put on my seatbelt, it's just a good habit.

I turned off my seatbelt chimes for similar reasons. In and out of the cab on the property while firewooding at 3 mph. Seatbelts have saved my life twice in the past 25 years. Unfortunatly they also saved the idiots that ran into me, so the're still out there being stupid. (one drunk and one on their cell phone)
My favorite idiot statement for not wearing a seatbelt was from a gal at a local truck parts place. She explained how she won't wear a belt, but holds it accross her while driving so it looks like she's wearing it. (" Ma cuzzin wuz in a rekk an' she dahd cuz she cudn' git outta her seat bett. Ah ain't gunna let that hapn t'me!") She's probably texting with her other hand...

Deactivating/activating autolock
There are four methods to enable/disable this feature: One is through
your authorized dealer, the second with a power door unlock/lock
sequence, the third with the keypad, and the fourth using the message
center (if equipped).
Before following the activation or deactivation procedures, unlock all
doors using the power door lock/unlock control and ensure all vehicle
doors are closed.
Power door unlock/lock procedure
You must complete Steps 1–5 within
30 seconds, or the procedure will
have to be repeated. If the
procedure needs to be repeated,
you must wait a minimum of 30
seconds to begin again.
1. Turn the ignition to the 3 (ON)
position, then press the control
three times.
2. Turn the ignition to the 1 (OFF/LOCK) position, then press the
control three times.
3. Turn the ignition to the 3 (ON) position; the horn will chirp to
indicate the driver configuration mode has been activated.
4. Within five seconds, press then the control. Note: One horn
chirp should be heard, indicating the system has been disabled.

Deactivating/activating the Belt-Minder feature
The driver and front passenger Belt-Minder are deactivated/activated
independently. When deactivating/activating one seating position, do
not buckle the other position as this will terminate the process.
Read Steps 1 - 4 thoroughly before proceeding with the
deactivation/activation programming procedure.
The driver and front passenger Belt-Minder features can be
deactivated/activated by performing the following procedure:
Before following the procedure, make sure that:
• The parking brake is set
• The gearshift is in P (Park) (automatic transmission)
• The ignition switch is in the OFF position
• The driver and front passenger safety belts are unbuckled
While the design allows you to deactivate your Belt-Minder, this
system is designed to improve your chances of being safely
belted and surviving an accident. We recommend you leave the
Belt-Minder system activated for yourself and others who may use the
vehicle. To reduce the risk of injury, do not deactivate/activate the
Belt-Minder feature while driving the vehicle.
1. Turn the ignition switch to the RUN (or ON) position. DO NOT START
THE ENGINE.
2. Wait until the safety belt warning light turns off. (Approximately
1 minute)
• Step 3 must be completed within 50 seconds after the safety belt
warning light turns off.
3. For the seating position being disabled, buckle then unbuckle the
safety belt nine times, ending in the unbuckled state. (Step 3 must be
completed within 50 seconds after the safety belt warning light turns
off.)
• After Step 3, the restraint system warning light (airbag light) will be
turned on for three seconds.
4. Within approximately seven seconds of the light turning off, buckle
then unbuckle the safety belt.
• This will disable the Belt-Minder feature for that seating position if it
is currently enabled. As confirmation, the restraint system warning
light will flash four times per second for three seconds.
• This will enable the Belt-Minder feature for that seating position if it
is currently disabled. As confirmation, the restraint system warning
light will flash four times per second for three seconds, followed by
three seconds with the light off, then followed by the restraint system
warning light flashing four times per second for three seconds again.
