Found this video for stereo installers

I had a stereo installed yesterday and the put the amp behind the rear seat in my screw. I was wanting to do some fine tuning on it and couldn't figure out how to get the rear seat off. I read a few different how to's on here then decided to give YouTube a shot. Well heres my findings.

Actually there is alittle thing that you can press in with a screw driver so you dont have to reef on your seat. And once you have it off you can see how it works, I actually took tape and taped the "latch" so that it pops right out now with no effort. There are threads out there that explain this.

why is that guy yanking his seat out?!?! lol thats how you break ****. if you depress the latch to release the tabs that hold the back in you can literally pull it out with NO effort. I mean if you do it properly a 10 year old girl could unlatch it. It looks like that guy just yanked it out without depressing the lock tabs.

Him yanking the seat up pops the latch loose. Nothing breaks.

Any removal instructions that start with "Get a good footing so you don't hurt your back" isn't the right way to be doing it.

It just shows he can do it his way, but others have their own way. I use my own less stressful way, a flat tip screwdriver on the latch and a wee little tug on the seat back.
