Successful!!!! plug change

Successful!!! Had 67,000 miles on it. Warm engine and hit them with the 3/8 impact, no lube of any kind.

Those look clean. Good job. Quintin has said that is his method.

Great. Now does anyone think using a 1/2 cordless impact would cause any issues over a 1/4 inch? I can't see spending the money for the smaller impact.

This would be for plug change number two. I'm hoping not to break any this time. But I've got my Lisle tool anyway, so it doesn't matter too much.

The only problem I see is getting it under there to get to the back plugs, I used a 3/8 air impact.

So no breaking them free with a 1/4 turn, no seafoam beforehand....literally just put the impact to 'em and done deal? If so, that is awesome...I'll be doing this soon. Congrats

Did you do any seafoam in the motor or any fuel treatment prior?

Its the warm engine. At first i was changing plugs according to the tsb, but the engines were cold, and I broke lots of plugs including 6 of them on my own truck. Then i started changing the plugs with the engine warm, and havent broken one since. but yeah congrats man
