2007 Ford F-150 Radio Not Working

I am in the military deployed to Kuwait. I am driving a 2007 Ford F-150 and the radio stopped working today. I checked the #7 fuse and replaced it but the radio still doesnt work. Can someone assist me?

Is it the stock radio? And when you say not working, does that mean it wont even turn on?

disconnect the battery to reset everything. Head unit will come back... this happened to me twice... Apparently it "happens" and superficially... is more or less normal

Problem Fixed

All thanks for your help. The problem is fixed and radio working. It was a different fuse blown that deals with the radio, #31 fuse.

Thank you!!! I tried the # 7 fuse and was planning to take it to an audio shop. I replaced the # 31 fuse and it worked. My husband thinks I'm a genius.
