I have the Harley tails and my headlights are not blacked out. They are really not that much darker and I think they would look good with your color scheme.

That does look good....humm got me thinking now.

Also what do you think about that Magnaflow 18" SISO? My main concern is noise/drone inside the cab at highway speeds, is there any and if so how much?

First off, VERY nice truck! When I first got my truck and leveled it, I bought new wheels/tires. Looking back, I should've stayed with the OEM 18" rims and just put the bigger meats on there!

I'd suggest PTM handles/buckets, and PTM mirror cap. The black stuff doesn't quite fit in.

Thanks for the compliments. I am considering the handles, but I dont think I would mess with the mirror cap.

x3 on the PTM door handles and paint inner tails. The red OEM style brake light like Ab46501 has would look much cleaner too. Clean and respectable.

Not really. The DIY version I posted doesn't look as dark as Ford tails probably due to Ford smoking the inner lens very lightly, or using some type of black insert that holds against the lens with the appropriate sections cut out. I still want to side with they spray a light smoke layer in the lens due to how the reverse section usually looks a pinch dimmer than stock tail reverse sections.

You could rock the stock clear heads with DIY Harley tails and still look decent, it only tones down the bright red transparent lens slightly.

Leave it alone, it looks great. Your truck was the truck the inspired me to put the Trail Grapplers on my truck. By the way do not put the tow mirrors on your truck, in my opinion they look like elephant ears on a damn field mouse. my $.02

I say either PTM mirrors and handles or get yourself some tow mirrors, Get rid of the chrome on the truck, DIY harley head lights, and i think thats about it

It looks Great! Do the power adders and I liked the powdercoated steps idea.

Really like the look of the tails and I know the PTM handles would look great, leaning towards this.

I may do the handles but I think I will leave the mirrors alone...I will search around and find some examples of PTM mirrors, may change my mind. As far as the chrome goes all it has is the nerf bars and a little on the grill. Considered taking off the nerf bars but it would be hard for my g/f to get in and out, and sometimes my Mom rides with me and she has a bad back so I think they have to stay.

What about the idea of powder coating the nerf bars black, black heads and harley tails, and leaving the handles black so the trim fits in better (bed rails are black too)? Not sure what to do with the grill, I like ones similar to BLACKOUT FX4, or the Hella grill with the driving lights. If I do those items black then what about the wheels?

Thanks for the compliments, and I am glad I could help you make some good decisions as to what to do with your truck, looks great with the trail grapplers.

Yea, the power adders are for sure, not so sure about powdercoated steps pueblo gold but a good idea (Jake). If I had the spare cash I would love to supercharge it, but thats gonna have to wait, maybe once its paid for.

Thanks for all the feedback guys. If more ideas pop up please post them.

Don't lift it keep it that way maybe a set of chrome wheels but don't go too big with them, a buddy just put 22's on his and it looks horrible. Your truck looks pretty sweet the way it is. Maybe some pipes
