Don't lift it keep it that way maybe a set of chrome wheels but don't go too big with them, a buddy just put 22's on his and it looks horrible. Your truck looks pretty sweet the way it is. Maybe some pipes
Looking into the 18" Magnaflow SISO, curious about cab noise/drone during highway driving.

Already have 2.5 on the truck. Assume you mean lockers which would be sweet. Upgrading the sound may happen down the road, but the Ford Audiophile system is ok for now.

A PTM brush gaurd would look amazing on that truck. Painted tan. I like the PTM door handle idea too. You already said you dont want the mirror caps done.

Other than that, exhaust, intake and tuner would be a good idea. You could spend all day with interior ideas.

Nice truck!

Looks good how it is. I agree dont over do it. If it was mine i would probably remove the running boards and maybe some lights behind the grill. I dont think tinting the lights would look good with your color combination. I know what you mean about being limited as to what looks good because of the color as i have a wedgewood blue with tan. I still get a lot of compliments though.

Running a ghetto a$$ setup like that on a truck as nice as his would be blasphemy.

fsulaxer, I do appreciate the input, but I am going to have to pass on that setup. Wanting to go with a Magnaflow SISO setup.

I agree with GTRider245 that a brush guard would do wonders...

Plus some running lights...

I would love to know how thats ghetto....i mean around here if you got anything that louder than a fly fart your getting pulled over. I honestly can't tell a difference in the sound of my truck compared to those with a 1 in 2 out muffler. my pipes are done professionally

Running an exhaust on a 40K dollar truck without mufflers is ghetto. I dont now how else to put it. It is cheap and easy, probably why so many people do it.

But for those of us who like to keep a little class and style, a full system with mufflers is a better idea. It is a newer model F-150, not a log truck. Some people dont know the difference. Next thing we will hear is someone telling him not to run cats, then it may get ugly.

What i am saying is yes it is a cheap way to get the tone and stuff but it also gives the truck an even look with the pipes on each side. Personally idk what the laws are where your from but in MD you can't alter the exhaust to allow for true duals. I personally love the look of to shiny chrome tips rather than just one. I know my truck is not a log truck and my truck def has class. There are alot of other folks posting on here with cheap ghetto mods that i haven't seen anyone say anything about either.

So before we get started talking about someone else's truck being ghetto keep in mind its just a suggestion and o by the way if you want to hear what it sounds like come on up to Md and when i blow your doors off tell me again how ghetto it is.

You do realize that most people out there with two pipes sticking out the back of the truck do no have true duals right?

Also what do you think about that Magnaflow 18" SISO? My main concern is noise/drone inside the cab at highway speeds, is there any and if so how much?
The 18" is a good choice. I pull a travel trailer and was concerned about drone as well. Most of the drone I have, and it is not bad at all, happens around 55-60 MPH. I would describe it as slightly louder than stock and with a deeper tone. At WOT you know it's there but it is not annoying the rest of the time. I have also noticed that the type of exhaust tip makes a difference. I have run mine dumped behind the axle and with a 3 inch and 3.5 inch tip which I now have. The 3.5 is the deepest of the bunch and has the most drone but it is also the one I like the best all around. Conversation, radio and cell phones can all be heard no problem.
